Service Desk Support Engineer

It operates more than 150 stationary stores and an online shop, focusing on innovation and customer satisfaction.

• Good knowledge of Windows systems and basic troubleshooting
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365
• Active Directory administration of users and basic objects
• Basic knowledge of computer networks
• Experience configuring and supporting printers
• Ability to create workstations using automated tools
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Category B driving license
• Patient and user-oriented communication skills
• Polish language proficiency at least at C1 level

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Linux
• Basic PowerShell skills
• Experience with Jira or other ticketing systems
• ITIL knowledge
• Experience with Intune
• Experience with Citrix

• Handle user requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
• Diagnose and resolve issues in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
• Administer Active Directory user accounts and perform basic administrative tasks
• Prepare and configure workstations using automated tools
• Support onboarding by preparing workstations for new employees
• Configure and support printers and user hardware issues
• Provide basic network support for LAN, VPN, and connectivity
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base quality
• Work according to incident priorities, escalation rules, and handling procedures
• Collaborate with other IT teams for incident escalation and closure
