• 7+ years of Finance experience
• Strong working knowledge in SAP Order to Cash, business analysis and system implementation experience
• Proven track record working in regional/global teams
• BA/BS degree in Finance and Accounting or relevant field
• Project Management certification desired, with understanding of project lifecycle management, analysis, solution design, and gap identification
• Experience in Digital Transformation and Automation initiatives, including exposure to HighRadius tools supporting Order-to-Cash processes
• SAP FI experience is an advantage
• Fluent knowledge of English is a must; Polish is a great plus

• Performs analysis of system functionalities and suggests improvements
• Regularly monitors and understands HighRadius new product feature releases, assesses benefits, and provides inputs to the Change Management Process
• Provides consulting to HighRadius projects and implementations about existing functionalities, partnered by the AR Functional Expert
• Responsible for request/incident prioritization in Scrum meetings with HighRadius, external contracts, and MARS Digital Technologies departments
• Represents end-user requirements for Continuous Improvement, driving changes and ensuring tests are performed by the initial requestor
• Partners with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end business solutions, gathers requirements for IT process improvements, troubleshoots complex issues, manages high complexity projects, scopes and risks
• Manages and delivers continuous improvements, deploys new functionalities, coordinates system testing and configuration for new units/entities, delivers communication within and across multiple business segments/units
• Performs impact assessments and supports global ERP governance and change requests, follows up with period slot testing to prevent system failures
