Medicover is a healthcare company focused on improving and maintaining patients' health. The role is based in Warsaw and involves working with medical imaging diagnostic systems within a healthcare context.

• Higher technical education in computer science, biomedical engineering, imaging techniques, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with medical imaging systems (RIS, PACS, diagnostic modalities).
• Good knowledge of DICOM, HL7, IHE standards and principles of device and system integration in medical imaging.
• Ability to conduct business-system analyses and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Understanding of diagnostic imaging workflows and specifics of radiologists and technicians.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations, medical documentation, and imaging study archiving requirements.
• Experience in RIS/PACS implementation projects and cooperation with diagnostic equipment and software suppliers.
• Ability to create project and technical documentation.
• High communication skills, ability to collaborate with clinical users and technical teams, and manage multi-threaded projects.
• Effective team management skills.

• Analyze user needs of medical imaging diagnostic systems and identify optimization areas.
• Design and supervise implementation of functionalities in RIS/PACS systems and integration of diagnostic devices.
• Define functional and technical requirements for imaging and integration solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and IT teams on configuration, testing, and deployments.
• Ensure system compliance with regulations, quality standards, and data security.
• Co-create integration architecture based on standards (DICOM, HL7, FHIR).
• Optimize diagnostic processes and support AI/CAD solutions.
• Oversee data archiving and PACS environment performance.
• Prepare project and technical documentation.
• Conduct acceptance tests and deployment approvals.
• Manage the team.
