Wymagania

  • Practical, very good knowledge of Windows operating systems (client and basic server) and Microsoft 365/MS Office.
  • Solid understanding of computer hardware, mobile devices, and basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Basic experience with Active Directory in a domain environment (e.g., account management, password resets).
  • Ability to effectively diagnose and resolve technical problems and seek optimal solutions.
  • Meticulousness, accuracy, and diligence in task execution with attention to detail.
  • English language proficiency at minimum B1/B2 level for supporting users from foreign branches via phone and written communication.
  • Interest in new technologies and proactive approach to learning and skill development.

Obowiązki

  • Effectively resolve IT hardware and software problems for employees mainly via phone and remote support.
  • Actively register, classify, and resolve incidents and requests in the Service Desk system.
  • Manage hardware inventory and lifecycle from purchase to disposal or resale.
  • Coordinate with external service providers.
  • Prepare and configure workstations comprehensively.
  • Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory (ADUC).
  • Install operating systems (including using WDS) and optimize workstations for performance.
  • Configure and maintain access card systems (e.g., Roger).
  • Set up and support VoIP desk phones and mobile phones.
  • Prepare user instructions and expand the IT team's knowledge base.
