AI Product & Use-Case Tech Lead

Comarch is a company undergoing large-scale transformation, operating across multiple sectors including telco, finance, retail, healthcare, and public sector. The role involves working with sector leads, Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and the Chief AI Officer to drive AI use-case development and deployment across the organization.

• 8+ years in technical product, AI/ML engineering, or applied-AI delivery roles with product ownership from concept to production
• Proven track record of shipping AI/ML or data-driven solutions with measurable business impact
• Strong technical fluency in modern AI including LLMs, generative AI, ML workflows, evaluation methods, and tooling
• Ability to translate business problems into AI use cases and generalize solutions into reusable capabilities
• Experience defining evaluation and validation frameworks and acting as technical decision authority
• Hands-on experience managing a portfolio or budget of experiments balancing speed and rigor
• Excellent communication skills to align engineers, product owners, sector leaders, and executives
• Strong stakeholder management across large, matrixed organizations
• Fluent business English (C1+); Polish is an advantage
• Comfortable working on-site/hybrid from Kraków and collaborating with distributed teams

• Experience building internal platforms, playbooks, or reusable component libraries
• Familiarity with AI governance, security, and compliance in enterprise settings
• Exposure to multiple Comarch sectors or comparable enterprise software domains
• Background in management consulting, transformation programs, or internal innovation
• Awareness of fast-moving AI vendor and open-source landscape

• Own the sector use-case pipeline end-to-end from idea and discovery through build, deployment, and cross-sector replication
• Deploy and adjust AI solutions from sector level to organizational level, generalizing point solutions into reusable capabilities
• Curate and evolve the cross-sector AI Playbooks for reuse of proven patterns
• Test and recommend implementation of new AI solutions, serving as validation authority
• Manage the AI experimentation budget, prioritizing experiments by impact
• Define and enforce evaluation criteria for AI use cases and tools including business value, technical feasibility, risk, security, and time-to-value
• Partner with sector leads to identify use cases and translate business problems into AI product opportunities
• Work with R&D, Data, and Security to ensure solutions meet quality, governance, and compliance standards
• Maintain awareness of AI tooling and vendor landscape; advise leadership on build-vs-buy and standardization
• Report pipeline health, experiment outcomes, and realized value to Chief AI Officer and stakeholders
