• Practical experience managing teams as a Scrum Master or Team Leader in IT systems development.
• Knowledge and practical experience in agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Understanding of the software development cycle.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent German language skills.

• Act as a leader and role model supporting the team and Product Owner.
• Develop self-management and interdisciplinary teamwork focusing on producing valuable elements.
• Remove barriers and ensure adherence to defined Scrum ceremonies.
• Identify team needs and provide necessary support.
• Facilitate events and remove impediments to improve team performance.
