Junior Consultant (HCM, with German)

The role is within the Global Delivery Center (GDC) in the Package Based Services (PBS) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists supporting global enterprises including Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with SAP HCM systems
• Familiarity with German payroll and HR processes
• Ability to analyze and correct basic errors in personnel data and payroll processing
• Very good command of German; English is an advantage
• Very good communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
• Motivation to learn and further develop expertise in the SAP HCM area

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Central or other modules

• Process payroll for international clients, including pre- and post-payroll activities
• Analyze payroll errors and advise clients on appropriate corrective actions
• Support the development and maintenance of SAP HCM systems for international customers
• Participate in requirements analysis, system configuration, and testing in accordance with customer guidelines
• Collaborate closely with the company’s international HCM team
