- Completed studies in IT or logistics, or professional experience in IT Support / IT Service Desk
- Very good IT knowledge
- Fluent English or German language skills, both spoken and written

- Availability for business trips for interested candidates
Obowiązki
- Provide technical support related to software via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Register client requests, analyze them, and develop solutions
- Document service requests in the company's system
Tasks during business trips:
- Install software at client sites
- Configure software at client sites
- Train clients on software usage
