Pega Lead System Architect

DCG is a recruitment company that provides support to clients by delivering experienced specialists. They manage projects with a partnership approach and are currently expanding due to a high number of recruitment projects for their partners.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in developing solutions using Pega PRPC technology.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Pega Lead System Architect.
• Project experience with the Pega Infinity platform.
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
• Practical experience configuring Pega Constellation (experience in the financial sector is an advantage).
• Experience designing architecture for large Pega-based solutions.
• Experience integrating enterprise-class systems with Pega solutions.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good command of the English language.

• Ensuring scalability and high performance of Pega applications through appropriate architecture design.
• Creating and implementing complex business processes (workflows), decision logic, and integrations with external systems.
• Identifying, creating, and maintaining common components.
• Diagnosing issues, testing, and maintaining the main product and databases to ensure optimization and reliable operation.
• Providing architectural and design guidelines to project teams.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and QA teams.
• Supporting the team by sharing knowledge and guidelines on using the latest Pega tools and environments.
• Assisting in defining scope and estimating Pega functionalities.
