AI Coach Tester

Scalo is engaged in projects related to the implementation and development of Generative AI solutions supporting software development and testing processes. The role involves working on international projects with a focus on AI integration in software lifecycle and training.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automation Tester
• Proficient with Selenium, Jenkins, Postman, GitHub/Bitbucket, Kibana, JMeter, and SQL
• Practical experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Ollama
• Understanding of IT work realities and software development processes in large organizations
• Good understanding of modern LLM models, AI tools, and work automation
• Ability to create effective prompts and design AI-based workflows
• Skills in analyzing processes and identifying areas where AI can add real value
• Experience in knowledge sharing, conducting trainings, workshops, or mentoring

• Working on projects related to implementing and developing Generative AI solutions supporting software development and testing processes
• Conducting training, workshops, and consultations for testers and development teams on AI usage
• Supporting teams in effective use of AI tools and selecting appropriate AI models
• Designing effective prompts and workflows to streamline daily work of IT teams
• Creating and developing an internal knowledge base of best practices for AI usage
• Participating in AI implementation within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Coordinating AI-related initiatives within the organization
• Working in a hybrid mode with one day per week in the Warsaw office
