Senior Java Developer / Tech Lead (praca zdalna)

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Java Developer in an Agile (Scrum) environment
• Experience as a Tech Lead or team leader
• Very good knowledge of Java (11+) and the Java ecosystem
• Practical experience with microservice architecture
• Experience in creating REST APIs
• Ability to design complex systems
• Knowledge of design patterns
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with Jira and Confluence (Atlassian)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience mentoring a team

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kafka or other queueing systems
• Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., Angular)
• Knowledge in DevOps
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of integration patterns
• Experience in the financial or insurance industry

• Designing and developing solutions based on microservice architecture
• Creating and developing REST APIs
• Designing complex backend systems
• Making architectural and technological decisions
• Supporting the team in solving technical problems
• Ensuring code quality and applying best practices such as clean code and design patterns
