Wymagania

  • MBA, Pragmatic Marketing Certification III or higher, or similar product-related certification would be an advantage
  • Strong experience in product management, business analysis, or product marketing for digital products
  • Practical knowledge of the product development lifecycle, from discovery and validation to roadmap planning and delivery
  • Experience designing, developing, or managing software products, software solutions, or innovation initiatives
  • Solid skills in market research, competitor analysis, backlog prioritization, product specification, and roadmap management
  • Ability to use data, customer insights, and business context to make product decisions and measure success
  • Confident communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops, present ideas, and align different stakeholder groups
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, delivery, and client-side stakeholders
  • Proactive approach to ownership, decision-making, and moving ideas from concept to validated outcomes

Obowiązki

  • Lead product discovery, ideation, pre-sales, proof of concept, and MVP initiatives to shape clear product direction and business value
  • Analyze markets, competitors, customer needs, and product trends to define product opportunities and distinctive value propositions
  • Translate business goals into product vision, problem statements, success metrics, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs
  • Facilitate workshops with clients, business stakeholders, designers, engineers, sales teams, and delivery teams to align on scope and outcomes
  • Define user and buyer personas, map their needs to product capabilities, and validate product-market assumptions
  • Structure and decompose product scope into business and functional requirements when needed
  • Drive feature development by clarifying priorities, supporting decision-making, and keeping teams focused on measurable outcomes
  • Evaluate PoC and MVP results, gather feedback, analyze customer usage, monitor NPS or similar metrics, and recommend next steps for product growth
