Wymagania
- 3–4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Access Governance, or User Access Certification.
- Experience with user provisioning, access reviews, onboarding/offboarding, and role management.
- Hands-on knowledge of SailPoint, Active Directory, and data validation.
- Experience with IAM automation.
- Proficiency in SQL or advanced Excel.
- Experience supporting audits or working with ITSM/ticketing tools.
- Understanding of security, compliance, and access governance principles.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent English.

- Coordinate user access certification and recertification.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access management.
- Review and validate user access using SailPoint and Active Directory.
- Analyze access data, support audits, and ensure compliance.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve access management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve access-related issues.
