Technical Support Specialist

Tpay is a Polish fintech company operating as a payment operator for e-commerce and online services. It has over 15 years of experience facilitating online purchases and serves clients such as RTV Euro AGD, Media Expert, Jakdojade.pl, Koleo, PKP Informatyka, X-KOM, PZU, Pekao SA, and Biedronka. The company is headquartered in Poznań, Poland.

• Minimum one year of experience in technical customer support
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
• Proficient communication skills with clients via phone, email, and online meetings
• Ability to explain IT complexities to non-technical persons clearly
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience working with Elastic Stack (Kibana, Elasticsearch), Grafana, Postman
• Knowledge and use of SQL
• Basic programming knowledge and willingness to develop further
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level for documentation and communication
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties (nice to have)

• Provide fast and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and online meetings
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by clients
• Prepare and deliver communications to Tpay clients
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and solve advanced technical issues
• Document reported problems and actions taken to resolve them
• Participate in client meetings and provide implementation support
• Develop and maintain the knowledge base and current documentation
