Salesforce Technical Architect - Pricing & Tendering Integrations

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 5 years in a Technical Architect role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and enterprise integrations with platforms such as Model N and JD Edwards Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, and integration architecture.
• Solid development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and automation tools.
• Understanding of pricing, tendering, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or related business processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture best practices, security, and data governance.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application, System, Integration Architect) are a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Design scalable and secure Salesforce integration solutions for pricing, tendering, and contract management.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce, Model N, JD Edwards Oracle, and external applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop integration patterns, data models, and automation supporting pricing workflows, approvals, and tender submissions.
• Lead the implementation of Salesforce-based pricing automation using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Ensure data quality, system performance, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, Accenture, and external vendors to deliver business-driven solutions.
• Drive technical best practices, CI/CD adoption, DevOps processes, and continuous improvement across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and explore AI-driven capabilities to enhance pricing and tendering processes.
