Senior AI Solutions Engineer

7N is a company with 30 years of experience creating IT solutions for over 200 organizations, focusing on stable and comfortable cooperation with IT experts and clients. The role is within the HR Analytics & Systems team, working on AI solutions supporting HR processes in a global investment organization.

• Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in commercial environments
• Strong knowledge of Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Practical experience with LLM and generative AI, including prompt engineering
• Experience in designing and integrating APIs
• Experience building agentic AI systems
• Ability to work on complex, ambiguous technical problems
• Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
• Independence and responsibility for end-to-end delivery

Nice to have:

• Experience with Workday integrations or HR systems
• Knowledge of HR analytics or HR data
• Experience mentoring or working with juniors
• Familiarity with cloud AI/ML tools (Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI)

• Design and implement AI solutions addressing real HR business needs
• Create proof-of-concepts and prototypes for new AI use cases
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete technical solutions
• Identify opportunities for HR process automation
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and platforms
• Design and maintain APIs for system integration
• Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders
• Provide support and mentoring to less experienced team members
