ServiceNow Engineer (PPM)

GS Services is recruiting for a remote part-time ServiceNow Engineer specializing in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) to work on a 3-6 month B2B contract with a client. The project involves development-focused tasks and mentoring, with collaboration across UK and US time zones. The role requires expertise in ServiceNow PPM to complement an existing engineer who lacks this module knowledge.

• Experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow PPM (Project Portfolio Management) module.
• Development experience within the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to advise clients and clarify requirements.
• Availability to work 20-40 hours per week.
• Willingness to collaborate with teams in UK and US time zones.
• Advanced English language skills (minimum C1 level).

• Perform development-focused tasks within the ServiceNow platform.
• Clarify and refine client expectations and project requirements.
• Provide mentoring and expert advisory support to the team.
• Collaborate with a team working across UK and US time zones, attending meetings primarily in US morning hours.

Candidates must have advanced English proficiency (minimum C1) and be available to work hours overlapping UK and US time zones. The contract is B2B and the position is remote. The project requires collaboration with an existing engineer who lacks PPM expertise.
