Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automated Tester
- Experience with Selenium, Jenkins, Postman, Git, SQL, and JMeter
- Practical knowledge of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and M365 Copilot
- Understanding of software development processes in large organizations
- Ability to build effective AI prompts and workflows
- Knowledge of LLMs, automation, and AI ecosystems
- Experience conducting IT trainings and workshops
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams
- Ability to translate complex topics into simple language
- Proactive attitude and willingness to test new tools
Obowiązki
- Conduct trainings, workshops, and consultations for testers and development teams
- Support the use of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and M365 Copilot
- Create and optimize AI prompts and workflows
- Build an internal AI playbook of best practices
- Analyze and compare AI tools and recommend optimal solutions
- Define and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and ROI for AI implementations
- Implement AI in the software development lifecycle including standards, governance, and scaling
- Coordinate AI initiatives within the organization
- Monitor trends and innovations in AI
