Senior Java Developer [K/M]

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java
• Strong knowledge of Spring (Boot, Cloud) and Hibernate
• Practical experience with Apache Kafka (at least 3 years)
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience working with distributed and scalable systems
• Familiarity with Git and Maven
• Experience writing unit tests
• Knowledge of containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (K8S), Helm
• Experience with parts of the stack such as RabbitMQ and Elasticsearch
• Ability to diagnose and optimize system performance
• Knowledge of OOP and functional programming paradigms
• Openness to using AI tools in the development process
• Willingness to work in Poland and in a hybrid model

• Experience with high availability systems
• Experience with high-load systems
• Participation in legacy system modernization
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices

• Design, develop, and maintain systems in microservice and monolithic architectures
• Participate in defining architecture and selecting technological solutions

• Participate in code reviews (both creating and reviewing)
• Monitor and optimize application performance
• Work in a Scrum environment and collaborate with a team focused on quality and knowledge sharing
