IT Support

Hamilton May is a company operating in the real estate sector with offices requiring IT support and asset management.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Very good knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Basic practical knowledge of networking (IP/DNS/DHCP) and Active Directory
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) from both user and administration perspectives
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
• Proactive approach to task execution
• Ability to communicate with users and prioritize requests
• English language skills sufficient to read technical documentation

• Helping employees and agents resolve basic issues with computers, laptops, phones, and system access
• Providing remote support using tools like TeamViewer and escalating complex issues to the Senior IT team
• Configuring new devices, installing operating systems and necessary software
• Replacing simple hardware components such as RAM and SSDs, and maintaining order at workstations
• Assisting with the configuration of company phones and basic synchronization and mail issues
• Operating printers, monitors, and other office devices, monitoring consumables and responding quickly to problems
• Preparing equipment and accounts for new employees and supervising returned equipment
• Managing Microsoft 365 accounts, including creating and modifying permissions
• Supporting simple network tasks such as VPN configuration and basic network hardware diagnostics
• Assisting with hardware purchases and liaising with warranty services
• Providing daily user support for MS Office and resolving minor issues
• Maintaining documentation and cooperating with the IT team to best support users
