The role is part of a Quality Assurance team focused on TiVo-powered TV experiences.
Wymagania
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Engineering
- Strong understanding of QA principles, methodologies, and system-level testing
- Practical experience with AI-based testing tools or integrating AI into QA workflows
- Experience analyzing data, logs, telemetry, or product analytics (preferably related to media, advertising, or monetization)
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining test cases, test reports, and defect documentation
- Good understanding of Digital TV standards: DVB, IPTV, broadcast features, tuners, CI+
- Very good English (B2+)
- High initiative, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently in a complex product domain
Nice to have:
- ISTQB – Foundation Level / Advanced Level
- Knowledge of UNIX-based systems
- Experience with Jenkins, Charles Proxy, Allure, DevTools
- Programming/scripting skills: Python
- Experience with ML/AI-based analytics or predictive test optimization
Obowiązki
- AI-Driven Quality Engineering: optimize regression scope, reduce manual overhead, detect defect patterns, introduce intelligent test case generation, risk-based prioritization, and automated coverage insights
- Data, Analytics & Log-Driven Testing: investigate telemetry dashboards, monetization funnels, analytic events, and behavioral data to validate KPIs; analyze logs and correlate findings with defects; work with product teams to improve logging and support data-driven debugging
- Test Strategy Leadership: define and evolve quality standards, drive best practices, provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Advanced Test Development & Execution: analyze complex requirements, define acceptance criteria, design end-to-end scenarios
- Defect Management: identify, report, and track issues; collaborate with development for root-cause analysis and resolution
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: maintain high-quality documentation and knowledge assets; elevate AI-supported QA competencies
- Continuous Improvement: identify gaps and risks; propose innovations using AI, automation, or data insights
- Cross-Team Collaboration: work with software engineers, product engineers, data/analytics teams, and partners in reviews, discussions, triages, and planning
