Sr Engineer - Embedded C++

The company focuses on technologies for Smart TVs and STBs, working with customers like TPVision, Amazon, Sony, and Vestel, and content partners worldwide to deploy services on customer platforms.

• At least 3 years of experience with C and C++
• At least 2 years of experience with Linux-based embedded systems
• Familiarity with modern C++ coding (C++11 or above)
• Firm understanding of object-oriented programming
• Solid knowledge of software design patterns, architectures, and best practices
• Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript
• Knowledge of web standards
• Experience with project and delivery tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
• Fluent and efficient communication in English (spoken and written)
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills
• Drive and commitment to work in a highly dynamic environment

Ideal:

• Experience with Chrome devtools or similar tools for issue analysis/debugging
• Experience in Smart TV product certification
• Solid knowledge of HTML and web standards
• Working experience with Jenkins and CI/CD

• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, portable, and reliable C++ code
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs across multiple platforms and device solutions
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Work in an international environment with teams across the globe
• Be self-reliant, proactive, and share knowledge with peers
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring
• Stay current with industry developments, Smart TV, and embedded technologies
