Wymagania
- Experience in finance, accounting, control, or reporting (banking experience preferred)
- Ability to combine business knowledge with system analysis (IT)
- Project work experience
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and good knowledge of SQL
- Analytical skills and good work organization
- Proactivity, communication skills, and independence
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., OFS or similar)
- Knowledge of Accounting Controls / Financial Controls
- Experience in transformation or change management environments
Obowiązki
- Analyze OFS system functionalities for designing and optimizing control processes
- Develop approaches for controlling sensitive accounts including processes, supporting systems, matching keys, roles, and responsibilities
- Prepare training materials and draft procedures and operational instructions
- Analyze the impact of OFS implementation on financial controls and prepare methodology update plans
- Create procedures, manuals, and conduct training on balance-based controls
- Support data and system analyses
- Assist in analyzing account ownership (BAC accounts)
- Collaborate with Change Management and WS Accounting Controls teams to identify risks, project dependencies, and report work status
- Participate in updating project roadmaps
