Software Development Engineer II, MAIT

• At least 5 years of engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language, preferably Go.
• Hands-on experience with data querying, wrangling, and interpretation.
• Real experience and fluency working with AI and large language models, with a skeptical approach.
• Ability to work independently and good judgment on collaboration.
• Strong passion for security.
• Bonus: interest in Zig or Rust programming languages.

• Own problems end to end, from understanding partner needs to shipping and maintaining production solutions.
• Make autonomous decisions on architecture, tradeoffs, and priorities, defending them with data.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate vague requests into concrete products.
• Use AI tools effectively while critically evaluating their outputs.
• Analyze data to support decision-making.
• Grow into a highly valued engineer within the team.
