Senior AI Business Analyst (6 months FTC) (m/f/d)

Booksy is a global, cloud-based marketplace that connects independent business owners in the beauty industry with their customers, enabling booking, payment, and client base building. The company is rapidly scaling internationally and focuses on simplifying appointment processes for beauty professionals.

• Proven experience as a Senior Business or Process Analyst with end-to-end discovery and process mapping in complex environments.
• Background in digital transformation, automation, or technology change initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Intelligent Automation tools.
• Understanding of structuring and optimizing workflows for autonomous AI execution.
• Ability to lead workshops and manage multiple discovery workstreams simultaneously.
• Fluent English at C1 level or above.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Marketplace, SaaS, or platform business structures.
• Experience in centralized transformation offices or cross-functional programs.
• Familiarity with AI adoption frameworks or technology ROI models.

• Conduct structured discovery sessions across departments to map workflows and identify AI transformation opportunities.
• Gather business and technical requirements, producing process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and AI teams to develop prototype solutions and agentic workflows.
• Maintain the global AI Initiative Tracker with accurate metrics and ROI figures.
• Identify and address adoption blockers, supporting scaling of AI capabilities.
• Stay updated on developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation relevant to Booksy.
