Intermediate/Senior Test Engineer Automation (Blockchain) - OP02182

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in software testing/SDET roles with emphasis on automated solutions beyond UI testing.
• Experience with blockchain-based solutions in testing and validation.
• Experience with Foundry/Hardhat in testing or development.
• Experience with Smart Contract development challenges in Solidity and Rust.
• Strong problem-solving skills including root cause investigation, multi-surface validation, understanding eventual consistency, infrastructure testing without GUIs, and observability as a testing tool.
• Familiarity with blockchain internal architectures such as EVM, IBC, and Consensus.
• Experience with API/RPC/gRPC testing using industry or custom tools.
• Knowledge of database solutions like MongoDB, PostGres, or other NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.

• Break down solutions into testable components and develop testing, verification, and validation plans.
• Identify solution risk areas and develop test harnesses fitting into the SDLC.
• Utilize tools and test harnesses to accelerate testing practices.
• Collaborate with engineering to evolve testing practices for improved coverage and compliance.
• Demonstrate test coverage with developed test solutions.
• Integrate test practices into CI/CD pipelines generating metrics and visibility.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Maintain an open-minded approach to test tools and methodologies.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Continuously improve testing processes and strategies.
• Identify inconsistencies in requirements including key responsibilities, skills, or qualifications.
