Software Engineer

• Proficiency in Java/Kotlin for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with microservices and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Experience with cloud technologies, ideally AWS.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, ideally DynamoDB or MongoDB.
• Production experience with Kubernetes and automated GitOps continuous delivery tools.
• Experience building secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of modern deployment techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Deliver high-quality product features in collaboration with the engineering team, improving lead time, deployment frequency, and production stability.
• Work independently and collaboratively to design and implement effective technical solutions.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with team members to estimate, plan, and deliver work aligned with business outcomes.
• Write clean, well-structured, and tested code meeting coding and quality standards.
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions with the wider engineering team.
• Continuously improve technical skills and contribute to improving the codebase and engineering practices.
