We manage the full lifecycle of specialized hardware—from inventory management to seamless internal distribution and onboarding. By integrating hands-on technical troubleshooting with precise logistics and asset administration, we maintain high operational stability and efficiency across the entire company.

Wymagania

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting macOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ticketing systems
  • Proficiency in using the service desk (Freshservice)
  • Basic technical knowledge of home security systems (CCTV cameras, alarm systems)
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Dedicated and empathetic approach to assisting users
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with IT team members and departments
  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands in a dynamic IT environment
  • Basic scripting skills for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) beneficial
  • Fluent Polish and English, spoken and written

Obowiązki

  • Provide first-level contact and technical support for all incoming user requests and issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software incidents, both remotely and in person
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals
  • Assist with the IT onboarding process for new hires
  • Establish communication with delivery suppliers to arrange equipment delivery
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides
  • Escalate complex and unresolved issues to senior IT staff or specialized teams
  • Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades
  • Manage inventory of devices and their distribution within the company
  • Organize warehouse operations
  • Manage import and export procedures for devices from various customers
  • Create purchase orders for payment of delivery and other logistics services
