Senior MS Data Integration Engineer (Copilot | Power Platform)

1dea is an IT consulting company offering a senior role focused on Microsoft Power Platform and AI integration in enterprise environments. The position involves strategic and hands-on leadership in implementing AI and low-code Microsoft solutions with governance and integration responsibilities.

• Minimum 7 years of experience designing and delivering advanced solutions using the full Microsoft Power Platform stack (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Power Pages, AI Builder, Copilot Studio).
• Documented expertise in AI, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Generative AI, Conversational AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI data governance.
• Hands-on proficiency in integration architecture design, API query optimization, and integration with relational databases (DB2, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Experience implementing governance frameworks in distributed organizations with strict security and data protection requirements.
• Leadership and communication skills for conducting technology workshops, strategic advising for key stakeholders, and mentoring engineering teams.
• English language proficiency at B2+ level for communication within an international project team.

Nice to have:

• Experience with IBM Db2, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP.
• Knowledge of security and Active Directory (AD).

Copilot Studio & Generative AI:

• Design, implement, and operationalize AI agents and enterprise business assistants.
• Standardize reusable components following Responsible AI guidelines.

Architecture and Power Platform Development:

• Define architectural standards and create scalable solutions.
• Oversee citizen development processes within business structures.

Enterprise Integrations:

• Build secure and efficient integration interfaces between Power Platform and domain systems (DB2, SQL Server, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• Utilize REST/SOAP API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.

Governance and Platform Administration:

• Manage environment architecture, implement DLP policies, licensing models, and ALM processes.
• Monitor KPIs, costs, and tool adoption levels.

Security and Compliance:

• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Risk, and Compliance departments to ensure solution compliance with legal regulations and internal audits.
• Manage authorization and authentication via Microsoft Entra ID.
