Software Engineer (.NET / Middleware)

Falck Digital Technology is the company offering this position in Warsaw, Poland.

• 4 years of hands-on experience with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core
• Knowledge or React/Next.JS is a strong advantage
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure services such as App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, or Blob Storage
• Experience with API development, including RESTful services
• Basic understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with MS SQL Server or other relational/NoSQL databases
• Practical understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles
• A genuine willingness to learn and grow
• Values code quality and craftsmanship
• Comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and iterating fast
• Collaborative, reliable, and focused on delivering value
• Relevant education, internships, projects, or early professional experience in software development are valuable

• Contribute to API and middleware development in a team environment
• Write clean, readable, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback
• Work with unit testing and other quality practices to help ensure reliable delivery
• Collaborate with developers, testers, product owners, and other stakeholders
• Investigate bugs, support fixes, and help improve existing solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement in tools, processes, and technical practices
