Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Experience as a Technical Account Manager or in a similar technical role
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and video delivery ecosystems is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with external partners
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

Obowiązki

  • Act as the primary technical contact for content partners during onboarding
  • Support partners with technical integration of video applications
  • Coordinate onboarding activities with internal teams (Engineering, Product, QA)
  • Run regular status meetings and provide clear progress updates
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed
  • Contribute to improving onboarding processes and workflows
