System Analyst

Scalo is engaged in projects within the banking sector, specifically developing systems supporting mortgage loan processes.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst
• Experience in projects within the banking sector
• Participation in projects involving mortgage loan processes
• Practical experience in system analysis
• Experience in analyzing and designing digital credit processes
• Proficiency in SQL and BPMN used daily
• Ability to design REST APIs and collaborate with technical teams on integration definitions
• Analytical thinking, accuracy, and good work organization
• Effective collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external suppliers

• Participation in a banking project developing systems supporting mortgage loan processes
• Conducting system analysis of changes in systems responsible for credit capacity calculation, loan application processing, and contract generation
• Mapping and analyzing business processes related to mortgage loan servicing
• Preparing analytical and change documentation for IT systems
• Collaborating with bank business units involved in mortgage loan application processes
• Working with development teams and external IT service providers on system changes
• Maintaining and developing existing systems
• Participating in a self-organizing team executing projects in the banking sector
• Working remotely with quarterly office visits in Warsaw
