Specjalista ds. Monitoringu Systemów Linux (NOC)

• Minimum one year of experience in monitoring, NOC, system maintenance, or IT support.
• Practical knowledge of Linux (logs, processes, basic commands, troubleshooting).
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Zabbix, or similar.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS).
• Ability to analyze problems based on logs and metrics.
• Willingness to work in shifts (24/7).
• Proficiency in Polish (C1) and English (B2).

Nice to have:

• Experience with high availability systems or high-traffic environments.
• Basic scripting skills (bash, Python).
• ITIL knowledge.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or transactional systems.
• Certifications in Linux, monitoring, or cloud.

• Monitor actively running Linux systems handling real-time transactions.
• Analyze alerts and logs (Splunk, Grafana, Zabbix) and quickly diagnose problems.
• Identify incidents in a high-traffic environment and handle them according to procedures.
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve incidents.
• Perform operational tasks on Linux systems.
• Escalate complex problems and participate in root cause analysis (RCA).
• Create and update technical documentation and runbooks.
• Support the development of monitoring and operational improvements.
