• Hands-on experience with DataStage and Python for transforming data (ETL).
• Experience working with Oracle SQL.
• Experience reading from sources with Kafka and XML.
• Experience with JIRA and agile methodologies.
• Strong IT background with knowledge of full-stack development, Kubernetes, Python, and DataStage.

• Contribute to building advanced surveillance solutions for detecting insider trading and market manipulation across trades, orders, and communications.
• Work with a modern, cloud-based SaaS platform for Market Abuse Surveillance.
• Design and develop robust ETL processes integrating data from streaming sources like Kafka and databases.
• Transform data into structured outputs used for regulatory monitoring.
• Collaborate within agile teams using modern tools and architectures.
