Obowiązki
- Coordinate and execute secondary logistics shipments
- Manage order creation and shipment instructions in systems
- Monitor end-to-end shipment performance and ETAs
- Identify and resolve delays, risks, and service issues
- Act as escalation point for complex disruptions
- Collaborate with Customer Service, RDCs, 3PLs, and partners
- Manage claims, discrepancies, and stock movements
- Drive continuous improvement and prioritize logistics activities
