Order Management Logisitics officer 1

• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehousing or logistics
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory systems
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Technical Excellence:

• Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and Route Optimization Software
• Oversee the order management process from order entry to delivery
• Lead a team of order management analysts
• Ensure data accuracy and timely processing of orders
• Resolve complex order-related issues and customer complaints
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Your Tasks:

• Coordinate warehousing operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch preparation
• Ensure consistent execution across multiple warehouse sites
• Monitor performance, storage status, and dispatch readiness
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock control, and reconciliation
• Identify and resolve capacity, delay, and efficiency issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with logistics, factories, and supply chain teams
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives
