Senior Product Manager - Trading-as-a-service

Payward is the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks. Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform enabling companies to integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a unified system, providing liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably building B2B2C infrastructure platforms for trading, brokerage, or financial services.
• Experience owning B2B/developer-facing API products with understanding of API design, authentication, webhooks, sandbox environments, SDKs, multi-tenant architecture, and onboarding.
• Alternatively, deep trading or exchange product experience with interest in B2B API challenges.
• Hands-on experience with trading platforms or exchange infrastructure including order types, execution models, custody, and settlement.
• Technical fluency to engage in architecture discussions and make build/buy tradeoffs.
• Experience in regulated financial services with compliance and licensing across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong product sense with commercial awareness and understanding of how roadmap choices drive revenue.
• Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity, making decisions with imperfect information and adapting as the business scales.

• Own the roadmap and execution across Trade surfaces including Convert & Trade, PTL-as-a-Service, Orderbook/CLOB API, Recurring Buys, Limit Orders, and tokenized equities (PTL + xStocks).
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through build, launch, and iteration.
• Work directly with partners to understand integration requirements, unblock deployments, and ensure product-market fit.
• Drive product decisions on trading UX patterns, API design, custody models, and compliance workflows for B2B2C use cases.
• Design API surfaces including REST/WebSocket, authentication, webhooks, SDKs, and documentation.
• Make product decisions on execution models, custody models, account structures, and compliance workflows.
• Own key metrics such as partner integration velocity, trading volume, assets on platform, end-user activation, and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with the Derivatives team on crypto derivatives capabilities.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development on strategic deals including demos, technical scoping, and custom integration planning.
