Junior Integration Manager

• At least 1 year in L2 technical support, resolving tickets from L1 and escalating to L3 when necessary.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal, capable of technical conversations.
• Experience supporting systems built on client-server architecture.
• Experience working with browser-based developer console.
• Confidence in troubleshooting network issues.
• Ability to work with technical documentation: reading, writing from scratch, and maintaining.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks in parallel.
• Analytical mindset to approach problems comprehensively.
• Ability to cope with routine tasks.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Grafana, Kibana, Jira.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to work remotely for long periods.
• Advanced English.
• Technical education in any field.
• Technical experience above L2 helpdesk such as devops, sysadmin, programming.
• Additional languages, especially Spanish.
• Experience in online gambling.

• Handle tickets coming from L1 support with mixed complexity, including deep log analysis for more complicated issues.
• Create and manage existing technical configurations needed to make the product work, with training provided.
