• Mastery of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS and their application in web development (preferred).
• Understanding of critical core design concepts and fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Web Accessibility requirements.
• Desire to continue learning and keep up with the design industry.
• Portfolio showcasing experience in designing websites (e-commerce preferred) and web app dashboards (preferred).
• Experience with project tools such as Basecamp and Google Docs (preferred).
• Experience presenting materials professionally to clients.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet short deadlines.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday to Friday.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Reliable workstation with fast computer, microphone, speakers, and reliable internet and power.

• Designing unique and client-specific logos, brand guides, and design systems from scratch.
• Designing wireframes, website mockups, and other related graphics for desktop and mobile devices based on creative briefs.
• Drawing vector icons and other illustrations.
• Attending and participating in client meetings and collaborating with Digital Producers to plan and achieve client goals.
• Collaborating with copywriters, SEO team, developers, and other teams to establish project vision and analyze usability and performance tradeoffs.
• Preparing design files for proper hand-off to developers.
• Ensuring projects are completed according to schedule while applying methodology and quality standards.
