• 4-5+ years of Solutions Engineering experience or similar senior development role.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with e-commerce and CMS platforms including BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, and WordPress.
• Skilled in solution architecture, project scoping, and product demonstrations.
• Comfortable presenting to C-level executives and technical audiences.
• Experience with commerce solutions such as POS, product catalogs, order management, ERP, and payment gateways.
• Sales methodology and solution selling training is a plus.
• Charismatic, energetic, and self-starting personality.
• Ability to collaborate and motivate multiple groups.
• Strong verbal, presentation, written, and organizational skills.

• Educate prospects on platform solutions with a consultative approach including analysis and analytics.
• Conduct needs analysis and technical scoping sessions with prospective customers.
• Provide pre-sales technical consulting to Sales staff through demonstrations, calls, and site visits.
• Document client needs and project requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between sales, marketing, prospects, and partners.
• Collaborate with sales to respond to proposals and RFPs ensuring technical accuracy.
• Work with third-party partners to develop custom solutions when necessary.
• Create thought leadership content and sales/marketing collateral.
• Develop new processes and practices to maintain industry leadership.
• Stay updated on platform features and capabilities.
• Lead internal project planning and development of recurring solutions.
• Support design and project management during project discovery for UX and scope.
• Provide emergency development support for key clients and major accounts.
