• Experience in transformation projects.
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., OpenShift, AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservice architecture.
• Ability to select architectural patterns for IT solutions, including modern omnichannel services.
• Advanced knowledge of IT technologies and their application (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RWD, React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Practical knowledge of SQL, relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, and API design.
• Experience designing event-driven architecture (EDA) solutions using Kafka.
• Ability to conduct system analyses in distributed IT ecosystems, decomposing requirements into domain component changes.
• Skills in preparing project materials: requirement specifications, technical specifications, functional and system documentation.
• Proficiency with UML and BPMN process modeling tools.
• Analytical thinking, drawing conclusions, and effective data presentation.
• Strong communication skills, personal culture, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking and Fintech sectors.
• Knowledge of business processes in internet and mobile banking customer service.
• Practical knowledge of AI applications such as Copilot, Claude Code.
• Fluent English language skills.

• Translate business expectations into technical solution designs, including component and system interface change descriptions and guidelines for development teams.
• Monitor the development cycle of designed changes, updating technical designs as needed.
• Propose implementation methods considering system development strategies and technical/business constraints.
• Prepare and maintain solution documentation according to bank standards.
• Identify dependencies in proposed solutions and actively support their management.
• Collaborate with other architects, tech leads, analysts, IT management, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in preparing inputs for tender inquiries and evaluating offers.
• Engage in professional development through training and industry conferences.
• Explain limitations and potentials of applied solutions and technologies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Initiate and drive changes in the assigned area, implementing IT strategy and best practices while reducing technical debt.
