Identity is a core component of Tesco's Retail Platform, handling user interactions, payments, account access, and the Clubcard Experience with billions of API calls monthly. Multiple scrum teams focus on continuous authentication across the platform. The role is based in Kraków with a hybrid work schedule involving 60% office presence.

Wymagania

  • Strong understanding of API design and best practices.
  • Preferably experience with authentication standards such as OAuth2 and OIDC.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation using Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
  • Highly developed stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
  • Strong prioritization and time management abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a first principles approach.
  • Ability to learn new product areas quickly.
  • Presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Ownership, responsiveness, and commitment to assigned work.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and writing effective user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Good domain expertise in large complex domains.
  • Knowledge of product management best practices and strong technical acumen.
  • Ability to influence and understand solution context and engineering complexity.
  • Understanding of technical debt impact and prioritization.
  • Experience working with OKRs is highly preferred.

Obowiązki

  • Work in an agile or scrum environment with 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Collaborate with developers to deliver iterative value.
  • Utilize strong technical skills with APIs, Cloud Services, and Identity frameworks.
  • Lead development plans by shaping strategy, defining, and prioritizing business requirements.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers, architects, and development teams to deliver the roadmap using agile methodologies.
  • Prioritize requirements, answer development questions, and resolve issues with a customer-first approach.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player, demonstrating organization, pragmatism, and lateral thinking.
