Lead Oracle Transport Management Consultant

Cyclad is a company offering IT services with a focus on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions. The role involves working remotely from Poland on long-term projects serving multiple clients in a global environment.

• 9+ years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
• Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle OTM implementations
• Strong expertise across OTM modules: shipment planning & execution, freight settlement, sourcing, fleet management
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, XML, XSL, and BI Publisher
• Experience in B2B integrations (EDI, API)
• Strong functional configuration and solution design capabilities
• Experience working in both implementation and support environments
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead teams effectively
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in 3PL / logistics industry
• Knowledge of other Order Management or Transport Management systems
• Background in Computer Science or related field

• Lead knowledge transition and onboarding activities, ensuring smooth handover to offshore teams
• Take ownership of multiple OTM workstreams, delegating tasks and coordinating delivery
• Design and establish processes for steady-state support and onboarding
• Provide system architecture guidance for configuration and maintenance teams
• Standardize and optimize OTM solutions across different customers
• Support both implementation and maintenance projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer service and delivery excellence
• Contribute to solution design, system improvements, and continuous optimization
