Senior Finance Platform Solution Engineer

Avenga is hiring for a role based in Wrocław, Poland, focused on finance platform solutions within a digital and IT environment supporting financial services expansion and digital innovation.

• Background in finance or accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial and business processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong advantage.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and solution design skills.
• Ability to support end-to-end delivery, testing, and continuous improvement in an agile environment.

• Support the team in creating product specifications as user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Lead product discovery processes including requirements gathering, design, and scoping.
• Develop expertise in full solution capability and functionality.
• Interact closely with business stakeholders across departments and countries.
• Analyze and structure business and accounting requirements to propose aligned solutions.
• Support solution/system development with best practices and identify necessary functionalities.
• Support release management with communication and testing of changes.
• Validate functional and technical specifications and test cases focusing on financial accuracy.
• Perform change management and prioritize changes.
• Recommend metrics to measure solution performance including financial accuracy.
• Assess and make configuration changes on solutions/systems.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for solution/system improvement creating customer and financial value.
• Provide expertise in business capabilities, functional analysis, accounting workflows, and process mapping.
• Support project teams with implementation of accounting modules and financial reporting tools.
• Oversee managed services of solutions and applications globally.
• Facilitate and chair meetings and workshops on solutions/applications.
• Author presentations, reports, and instructional materials on solution functionalities.
• Participate in projects related to system development, acquisition, deployment, and rollout.

The role requires full-time on-site presence in Wrocław, Poland, with no exceptions.
