Holi is the first digital obesity and metabolic health clinic in Poland - a place where a team of specialists and technology supports patients in making lasting changes to their lives. The company started in 2023 and has a team of 15 across business, technology, marketing, psychology, and medicine. Holi has secured €3m in Seed funding from healthtech-focused investors in Germany and Poland. The company is building a human–AI hybrid model to create a "clinic in your pocket" solution for comprehensive health care.
Wymagania
- Experience in UX/UI design and/or product roles
- Proven ability to design digital interfaces, applications, and prototypes
- Experience with iterative product development cycles
- Experience collaborating closely with users or customers
- Strong understanding of turning user needs and feedback into product improvements
Nice to have:
- Previous startup experience
- Experience leading or facilitating product/design sprints
- Experience in analytics-driven product optimization
- Experience in digital health, wellness, or fast-growing digital product environments
- Familiarity with AI tools in design and prototyping workflows
- Experience combining product ownership with design execution
