Benefit Systems S.A. operates in the employee benefits sector since 2000, focusing on sports benefits and HR tools. The company develops the MultiSport card, a popular employee benefit providing access to various sports disciplines and expert courses. They also offer the Multi.Life platform supporting wellbeing in psychology, health, diet, and development, and the MyBenefit cafeteria platform simplifying HR processes.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing and experience in automated software testing
• Experience testing mobile applications; knowledge of web application testing is an advantage
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., AIO Tests, TestRail, Xray, Zephyr)
• Ability to test REST APIs using Postman or Insomnia and use Swagger/OpenAPI documentation
• Experience working with PostgreSQL databases and Git version control system
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Ability to analyze logs and use monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Loki)
• Analytical thinking, meticulousness, and curiosity to understand problem causes
• Quick learner and open to sharing insights and improvement ideas

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Contentful, Firebase, Keycloak, Intercom, Figma, GitLab CI
• Experience with automated testing tools (Java + Appium, Java + RestAssured + Cucumber, TypeScript + Playwright)

• Design, prepare, and execute manual and automated tests for the MultiSport mobile app, sports facility search engine, and kartamultisport.pl website
• Test new functionalities and verify bug fixes
• Test REST APIs and analyze application responses and logs
• Prepare and maintain test cases and documentation
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Analysts, Developers, and Maintenance team to ensure product quality
• Participate in requirements analysis and test planning for new features
• Identify quality risks and propose improvements in the testing process
