Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing or auditing Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS)
- Knowledge of ISO 22301:2019 standard
- Higher education in security and crisis management or related fields
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level, necessary for daily work
- Ability to collaborate with a focus on effective communication
- Very good self-organization skills
- Ability to prioritize assigned tasks
- Knowledge of the latest standards related to BCMS and Crisis Management
Obowiązki
- Responsible for development and maintenance of BCMS in E.ON business areas
- Support business areas at all stages of the BCMS cycle (BIA, Risk Analysis, Continuity Plans, Tests, System Improvement)
- Prepare BCMS documentation using dedicated tools
- Update data necessary for effective BCMS execution (structure, resources, systems, supply chain, etc.)
- Responsible for development and maintenance of Crisis Management in E.ON business areas
- Maintain crisis infrastructure (rooms, equipment, crisis communication means)
- Update contact data for Crisis Management
- Prepare high-quality reports, analyses, and presentations
- Provide support to business clients in BCMS and Crisis Management
- Review the status of BCMS cycle implementation
- Conduct trainings for employees on BCMS
- Build awareness in BCMS and Crisis Management areas
