Antal SSC/BPO is hiring for a role based in Warsaw, Poland, focused on monitoring Linux systems supporting real-time transactions. The position involves working with high-traffic transactional systems and collaborating with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams.
Wymagania
- Minimum one year of experience in monitoring, NOC, system maintenance, or IT support.
- Practical knowledge of Linux (logs, processes, basic commands, troubleshooting).
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Zabbix, or similar.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS).
- Ability to analyze problems based on logs and metrics.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system.
- Proficiency in Polish (C1) and English (B2).
Nice to have:
- Experience with high availability systems or high-traffic environments.
- Basic scripting skills (bash, Python).
- ITIL knowledge.
- Experience in payments, fintech, or transactional systems.
- Relevant certifications (Linux, monitoring, cloud).
Obowiązki
- Monitor actively running Linux systems supporting real-time transactions.
- Analyze alerts and logs using Splunk, Grafana, Zabbix, and quickly diagnose problems.
- Identify incidents in high-traffic environments and handle them according to procedures.
- Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve incidents.
- Perform operational tasks on Linux systems.
- Escalate complex issues and participate in root cause analysis (RCA).
- Create and update technical documentation and runbooks.
- Support monitoring development and operational improvements.
