EMET-IMPEX S.A. is the largest supplier of industrial fittings. Operating in Poland since 1992, the company specializes in comprehensive deliveries of a wide range of fittings, pumps, and automation for new investments and renovations of existing installations. Deliveries are made both in Poland and to foreign markets, cooperating with international contractors. The main headquarters is located in Gliwice, with 12 branches across Poland.

• Minimum secondary technical education (informatics or related field) preferred; students in progress are also considered
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (report creation, data analysis, pivot tables, data lookup)
• Ability to operate warehouse management systems and work with warehouse data
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic computer network administration
• Ability to install, configure, and update software and computer hardware
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
• Skills in data analysis and report preparation
• Independence, accuracy, and good work organization
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with users

• Support the warehouse management system administrator in development, maintenance, and optimization of warehouse processes
• Provide ongoing user support for computer hardware, software, and IT systems
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Supervise the proper functioning of IT systems used in the company
• Enter, verify, and control the accuracy of warehouse data
• Prepare reports, analyses, and summaries using Microsoft Excel
• Resolve technical problems and user requests
• Participate in implementing and improving IT solutions supporting warehouse and business processes
