Senior .NET Developer with Azure

• Strong experience in backend development using .NET (C#), preferably with .NET 6 or later
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services including Azure Functions, App Services, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, and Application Insights
• Solid experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as Azure SQL and Cosmos DB
• Good understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) concepts and modular architecture
• Experience writing unit and integration tests and applying test-driven development practices
• Proven ability to optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Practical knowledge of observability principles including monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing
• Ability to design and implement secure, maintainable, and production-ready solutions
• Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and take ownership
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Fluent English (B2/C1 level)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position

• Designing and developing the server-side foundation of the SafetyTrack platform using ASP.NET Core Web API
• Building a secure, scalable API layer that serves as the single point of access to business logic and data
• Designing and implementing data models for versioned questionnaire templates, user responses, workflows, file storage, and analytical reporting views
• Implementing secure, role-based and OrgaTree-aware access control using Azure Entra External Identities (OIDC)
• Developing cross-cutting platform capabilities such as validation, caching, rate limiting, and observability
• Supporting integrations with Agentic AI services including response classification and knowledge-based capabilities
• Collaborating closely with Front-end Developers, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, and the Tech Lead to define API contracts and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile delivery with feedback-ready increments every sprint
• Ensuring high standards of security, auditability, and maintainability across the platform
• Continuously improving the platform architecture by applying modern engineering best practices
